Geez, regarding the video, I just mentioned a few things that I am aware of and have been around in my last 50 years of adulthood. If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen (old wives tale). Political correctness should not be on a self defense forum. Truth and tell it like it really is, much better.

This is one of the reasons Angela should return, she has her opinion and others have theirs, always a good discussion could be had (if it did not revert to dick waving and penis envy) even the foul language is not bad as long as it is not over done.

Sorry for my late response to the whole conversation. I simply do not get the chance to respond much  but I do enjoy the reading. You do after all seem like the absolute most arrogant poster of them all so if you will....forgive me for my "fuck you" attitude.

As for for rank... I knew you where a black belt but did not know...or could not tell your degree. The reason I ask the video is no doubt dated and I am sure you have improved and progressed in ability. But it also is dated in the since that you are indeed a black belt and represents years of training from a white belt. Your students have a lot to look forward too by watching your video.

Is there any chance we will be seeing any up to date info to back up your many post and judgement of others???? Maybe Delayed Sword since that is the one technqiue you have worked the longest???? It is a two way street and Robert to be honest you do put yourself on the line by the tone and the method of your post. I just want to see if your "degree" of movement matches your "degree" words.

People say what they will about Clyde....but Im absolutely convinced that he will step on the mat and back his words up with anyone...win or loose!!!! I often never agree with him....or his tone......but I can respect his passion and willingness to put himself on the line.

R.M. , I was just funnin, it was a joke of sorts. Anytime someone mentions rank and certificates it is all just smoke and mirrors. Why would you really have to prove anything to me, you don't. Why I think all three of you should stay and not allow my irritating way of posting bother you. 

As far as my strength and weakness. I have mentioned many times my history and as you can see I am not the best at posting clearly. For that I should be screamed at, cursed at and told I should die and kill myself.

But I am stronger, and it will not/does not bother me. I am a good carpenter and mechanic, blacksmith type individual and have quite a bit of natural abilities at fighting and Martial Arts. I am an expert shot with firearms, good at Arnis,Escrima,Kali (sticks all sorts short and long and knives) not great but good, and I have an attitude to survive. I am older now getting close to 67 and that is something that will slow me down, I strike the bags all of them and am pretty good at the speed bag and two tied. I enjoy working out and attending seminars.

My weakness is I am sort of feeling bad for the board because of all the strife you have caused yourselves. But I'll get over that in a little while.

In fact, I'm paying a developer to create an "ignore this user" function within the forums. I am doing that specifically so people do not have to listen to you. I have 6 users that will come back and post the second it is installed. So seriously, stop the "who me?" routine. It's tired, and old.

The thing that makes Gary cringe is that when you have freedom of speech and a policy of no banning (according to the few rules stated) as well as no deletion of posts or accounts is, DRUM ROLL PLEASE, the freedom to not listen. THe ignore button shall increase freedom, a new freedom where a minority can be ignored by the majority. Democracy works well with ideas and speech, but a representative form of communication holds sway where stupidity and strife harm the collective good.

It only took one year for this right to not listen (voting with your feet) to be shown as a needed freedom. Rock on AKF, though you may have two faces, the sychophants will be free to steoke their keyboards until the cows come home.

I tend to not be quite so strung about things like Gabby.  If he wants to post, I just say, let him.  I've even responded nicely a couple of times.

It seems to me, for what it may be worth, and after some hard consideration, that if you treat someone as if you have higher than normal expectations of them (at least n their eyes), you will either get that response or they will go away. 

In Gary's case, if he wants to go through here being nice and normal, I'll respond, and don't see any reason not to.  Bottom line is that the only things in life that bother you are the things that you let bother you.  Gary, Dave Simmons, and I had a set too on this forum earlier on.  It left a bad taste in my mouth, and cut off someone that I had formerly considered to be a friend and not given to the kindergarten push and shove tactic.  I may have cleared the air, as it were, but it didn't leave me feeling so good about myself, and my place in the arts.  And thus, I go a lot lower key than I used to was.

The more that you post things that slap on Gary, the more he will make  your life miserable.  Actually, he was helpful to me in one of his last posts.  And I just don't see the need for all the animosity.  It hurts no one but me, and it rearranges nothing in the universe. 

I probably will only use the ignore button on Nicholas, and only then when he is "wienying" (A word I just made up and only used in gest,  Nick!!!l   LOL??? )

Plenty of need for it. I have 6 people that won't post due to his antics. They are American Kenpoists, and have information to share, and opinions and ideas that can contribute to the core topics surrounding this site. Gary doesn't practice EPAK. He may have tons of valid information on every other art under the sun, but this is not the place for it. EPAK is why we are here. He's bad for the site, bottom line.

This is a consumer driven site. If the consumers start leaving, the site no longer has a purpose. Example; If the site was functioning poorly, you couldn't ever get the pages to load, and it was a pain in the ass to use, I wouldn't have any hits. If that started happening I would take any and all necessary steps to alleviate the issue (new hardware, code rewrites, upgrades, etc).

This situation is very similar. I can't remove him due to my own rules. So I'll put something in place so you guys can remove him as you see fit.

More than one way to skin a cat, especially when dealing with tech.
